Council member Robert Holden partnered with Animal Care Centers of NYC’s Community Pets Program and The Toby Project to bring FREE spay and neuter services to pets in Council District 30!
Saturday, April 12, 2025To be eligible:
You must live in District 30 Your pet must be healthy and between 4 months–5 years old
No brachycephalic breeds (Pugs, Frenchies, etc.) Pet must not be overweight or in heat
