Calling all dog moms and dog lovers 🐶💓

Whether you have a pup of your own or simply love being around dogs, join us for a free community walk in collaboration with Village Tails to support Rescue City, a local foster-based dog rescue.

We’ll meet at 14th Street Park near the West Side Highway and enjoy a 30-minute waterfront stroll together before ending at the Tribeca Dog Run. At the end of our walk, we’ll have treats from Spot & Tango for the pups and complimentary coffee from @thejolenecoffee for everyone joining us.

In the spirit of giving back, Girls Who Meet will donate $1 for every person who signs up for the walk, up to $350. Village Tails will also donate an additional $1 for every dog who joins us. Simply by showing up, you’ll be helping support rescue dogs while spending time outdoors with an amazing community of women. Come solo or bring a friend.

Either way, you’ll meet new people, enjoy plenty of puppy time, and be part of a great cause. In case of rain, we’ll communicate a new date to all registered attendees.

Neurologic signs in dogs and cats can be concerning for pet owners to witness. Seizures, weakness, loss of balance, collapse, or unusual behavior may occur suddenly and can be difficult for owners to interpret.

Join us on Thursday, June 25 at 6PM ET on Zoom as Dr. Zoe Daniels, a board-certified veterinary neurologist at the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, discusses common neurologic warning signs in dogs and cats, when veterinary evaluation may be recommended, and what pet owners should know if these signs occur.

This webinar will help pet owners better understand neurologic signs and feel more prepared should an emergency arise.
