Museum Mile Festival
The Best Block Party in NYC: Museum Mile Festival
New York City has officially designated Fifth Avenue from 82nd Street to 105th Street “Museum Mile” because of the museums’ vast richness and cultural diversity.
The Museum Mile Festival is a free annual event where several museums open their doors for the evening along this stretch of 5th Avenue. No cars are allowed, so the festival becomes a walker’s paradise with many other attractions such as street musicians, art-related activities for children, food vendors, and more.
Join the AKC Museum of the Dog at the Museum Mile Festival on 5th Avenue!
The AKC MOD will have a booth set up around 90th street with activities, temporary tattoos, and photo ops. We look forward to seeing you and your dog there!
