We are Kew Gardens and The Forest Park Barking Lot are excited to announce this year’s Howl-o-Ween Dog Parade and Costume Contest. Due to large turnout at last year’s event, we are moving the judging to The Barking Lot, but don’t worry! @austinsalehousekg will be there as one of our sponsors and as one of our pop-up shops!
